We'll be baking pies once a week for all of July. These hands-on classes will cover a variety of sweet and savory pies with different style crusts. In week 5 we will discover several gluten free pie crusts and bake them into both sweet and savory pies and tarts. Then we'll bake pies with perfectly ripe berries, vegetables, and fruits.
