We'll be baking pies once a week for all of July. These hands-on classes will cover a variety of sweet and savory pies with different style crusts. In week 4 we will make and bake; hand pies, cookie crust, croissant dough, and hot water crust. Then we'll bake pies with perfectly ripe berries, vegetables, and fruits.
