We'll be baking pies once a week for all of July. These hands-on classes will cover a variety of sweet and savory pies with different style crusts. In week 1 we will make and bake 4 different pie crusts; all-butter, butter + shortening, lard, and oil crust. Then we'll bake pies with perfectly ripe berries, vegetables, and fruits and vote for the winner! Each week will feature all new pies.
