In this series of classes, we cover the basics of Mexican cooking techniques - (Shelley wrote the book, well, 2 of the books)! This 6 day course takes place once a week and builds from beginning to end.
Learn Traditional Tortillas, Tomatillos, Tortas, Chiles, Ceviche, Cochinita, Moles, Margaritas, Salsas, and so much more. Each day's dinner menu will reflect the techniques covered in class.
This series of classes is offered on Tuesday mornings; June 16, 23, 30 July 7, 14, 21. Classes are held from 10am to 2pm.
