In this class we cook several dishes, using cuts of meat or fish that are perfect for elegant dinners for two, such as duck breast, rack of lamb, and salt roasted branzino. Sauces and side dishes will be included as well as a seasonal dessert. This class is taught by Shelley Wiseman.
