Let's face it, we could all use a little honing once in a while! This class covers all basic knife technique (chopping, slicing, dicing) along with how to sharpen your blades. This class ends with a lunch based on everything we've chopped! Feel free to BYOB for supper but NOT BEFORE - you'll have your hands full (and safe) anyway!
