Join Pastry Chef Nicholas Lee, our guest instructor and all around delight, from the Four Seasons in New York City. Each person will be given a crumb-coated 7 or 8 inch cake to cover with fondant, decorate, and take home. We will cover various piping techniques with royal icing and make fondant cut flowers.

We will have materials to share, but if you have your own turntable, flower cutters and plain piping tips #1, 2, 3, feel free to bring them.
