Tomatoes, tomatoes, and more tomatoes! From Sun-Gold to Green Zebra, Rutgers to Big Beef, the region's farms and gardens are bursting with tomatoes. Chefs Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman of The Farm Cooking School are bringing their favorite tomato varieties to the Culinary Literacy Center to lead a hands-on workshop.
