A: Our classes are for home cooks of every level. Whether you want to learn the foundations of cooking or perfect your techniques, we've got you covered. Classes are relaxed and hands-on. We invite those who served in the armed forces to join any of our classes at 1/2 price.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Due to food costs and the advanced purchasing requirements of courses, we have a 7 day cancellation policy, except in the case of serious illnesses or emergencies. Please email us to request a refund or move to a different class if you are cancelling with 7 days notice.
Q: What is The Farm Cooking School?
A: The Farm Cooking School is a space - on a working farm in Stockton, NJ. - where you can come to learn about everything from knife skills and recipe writing to how to bake the perfect loaf of bread. We source our ingredients directly from the farm and other farms close by. Ian Knauer is a cookbook author, food writer, and chef who spent nearly a decade at Gourmet and has contributed to publications from Everyday with Rachel Ray to The Wall Street Journal . Shelley Wiseman is a cookbook author, food writer, and chef who spent 12 years at Gourmet. She has worked for Fine Cooking Magazine and many other publications.
Q: How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A: Take a look at our Upcoming Classes and Dinners page and find a class or dinner you'd like to attend. Add the class to your cart and checkout using the 16 digit code that was included with your gift card.

Q: Do you have gift certificates for courses?
A: We sure do! Click here and choose the value and number of certificates you would like to purchase. For each certificate, you may choose to print it out or email it directly to the recipient.
