Dinner Research (that turned into kitchen scouting)
Yesterday, while I was busy working my 9-to-5 (well, more like 10-to-7), Ian paid a visit to Tullamore Farms, a 100-acre farm in Stockton, New Jersey known for its grass-fed beef. He went to see about holding a dinner on the property, but came away with an even better possibility: Opening a cooking school. Here, photos of the space. We think it has potential.
