In this course we cover the basics that every cook needs to create great meals in the kitchen. This course is divided into 6 classes. Join us when you can or get a discount for the whole course.

This series of classes is Thursday evenings; July 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th and August 3rd and 17th (skipping August 10th)
